For the wandering Vegan, lost in Translation

In Tokyo, Ain Soph is highly recommended

After coming a few times to Tokyo and trying out different vegan places, we found Ain Soph journey one of the best.  Especially when it comes to fluffy pancakes.   
As a combination of Japanese fusion, you are likely to find anything of the western or oriental preference. Drinks of a variety from cleansing juice (for the kale lover), soda ice cream to wine are also fitting for any occasion.     
                                                                                                                        

It is a tiny diner located in Shinjuku, near Shinjuku-sanchome Station (新宿三丁目駅)

Ain Soph is seemly a Hebrew term in Jewish kabbalah, as pure infinity of the spiritual..being one unfamiliar with much Japanese, I sometimes find standard veg dining in Japan a big challenge. Yet, the experience was modern and chic, satisfying and refreshing.
